Pistachio Kulfi - Episode 10
Recipe:
Ingredients
200 ml of Whipping Cream
1 cup of Castor Sugar
1 can of Chilled Evaporated Milk
3 Cardamom Seeds
¼ cup of Ground & Chopped Pistachio
1 drop of Green Food Colouring
Watermelon
Step 1 – Prepare Chilled Cream
1) In a processor, add in the whipping cream & whip until it becomes fluffy.
2) Add in castor sugar & whip it again.
3) Transfer into a bowl & chilled for 1-2 hours.
Step 2 – Making Kulfi
1) In the same processor, add in evaporated milk & whisk it.
2) Add in cardamom seeds, ground pistachio, chopped pistachio & food colouring.
3) Whisk it until it mix well together.
4) Add in ‘Chilled Cream’ and mix it gently.
5) Pour it into the glasses.
6) Cover each mould with the foil.
7) Let it rest overnight in a freezer, & DONE!
To serve, put Pistachio Kulfi on a plate with watermelon balls & chopped pistachios.
